What exactly am I applying for?
A founding membership. There are 50 numbered seats, yours in order of application, at a founding rate that stays locked for life. No payment to apply. We review every application personally and confirm your seat number on WhatsApp. Not every application becomes a founding member.
Is AED 500 a month really worth it?
Dubai is one of the world's most expensive cities to own a dog in, and coordination is the tax you pay on top, in hours. A full time dog nanny runs AED 3,000 and up, and you still end up managing her. The Guardian is AED 500 at the founding rate and holds over AED 1,000 of tangible value each month: the AED 199 DogBake box, a named care manager it would cost AED 400 or more to hire piecemeal, a concierge line answered around the clock, every record and renewal tracked, and member pricing across grooming, the vet, boarding and supplies. The goods and savings cover the fee. What nothing else returns is the five or so hours of chasing a month that simply stop being yours.
Do you replace my vet or groomer?
No. You keep the vendors you love. K9 Pure coordinates them all in one place, and brings member pricing and partner privileges through our network.
Is this just another app?
The opposite. There's no app to manage. You message one thread like you'd message a trusted person. The intelligence and our human team do the rest.
Is my dog's care run by AI?
No. Real people run your dog's care. The Invisible OS does the legwork behind the scenes, drafting the plan, tracking every date, surfacing what's next, but a person reviews every plan and personally handles anything that touches your dog: the bookings, the judgment calls, the moments that matter. You are never left talking to a bot about someone you love. A real person is always in the loop.
Can I add services on top of my plan?
Yes. Your membership is the system that runs the everyday; the bigger moments are optional add ons you can request on any plan, things like relocation and pet passports, a puppy starter program, senior and special needs care, an additional dog, training intensives, or events and celebrations. You only pay for what you use, with member pricing and partner privileges applied, and we handle it the same way as everything else.
What do I get between grooming visits?
This is the everyday layer, and it's where the daily relationship lives. A care thread you can ask anything, any time. Reminders for feeding, walks and doses. Food and supplements auto replenished before you run out. And members first access to seasonal drops like Summer Paw Safety. K9 Pure is there every day, not only when something is due.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Move up or down whenever your needs change, and your founding rate stays locked for life either way.
How does billing work?
Applying is free, with no payment now. When you choose to start, it's simple monthly billing with flexible instalment options, no lock in, and you can cancel anytime. Your founding rate stays locked for life.
Is pricing per dog?
Yes. The membership covers one dog, so the care stays personal and accurate to that dog. Additional dogs can be added at a member discount, depending on their age, health and the service level you want.
What does fair use mean?
The Guardian includes generous human support under a fair use policy, so we can give every member proper attention. It simply means support is for normal, reasonable care needs rather than unlimited use, and anything unusually complex, or any extra dogs, is quoted separately. Care coordination supports your dog's care, it does not replace licensed veterinary or emergency medical care. In an emergency, contact a licensed vet or emergency clinic immediately.
How is my information handled?
Your details are used only to set up and run your membership. We never sell or share your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The number you give us is simply so we can confirm your founding seat on WhatsApp.
Why only 50 seats?
Because the founding experience does not scale. Fifty is the number of dogs we can know personally, name, quirks, preferences and all. Founders shape the service and get a level of attention we will never be able to offer again. When the seats fill, they fill.
What happens after the 50 fill up?
We move to full pricing, AED 650 a month for The Guardian, and the founding list closes for good. Founders keep AED 500 permanently, saving AED 1,800 every year for as long as they stay. Being early is the one thing you cannot buy later.
